Job Description

Requirement gathering from the customers, stake holders and end users, detailed requirement analysis and preparing requirement documents.
  • Perform functional impact analysis and preparing FSD (Functional specification document).
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Designing solutions / UI mockups for customer requirements as per company standards.
  • Performing market research or product research and present improvement ideas with direct benefits to customer.
  • Planning for resource availability, allocation and budget estimation.
  • Effective planning of spring / project, timeline, optimization of resources and cost / budget.
  • Efficiently prioritizing features/ change request/ bug fixes to be released.
  • Solid execution of sprints and ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, as per the plan and within budget.
  • Fully adherence to development processes and Standard with Scrum Methodologies.
  • Organizing and leading Daily scrum meetings, Sprint planning, Stake Holders Demo and Retrospective meetings actively and punctually.
  • Measure project progress and performance using project management systems, tools and techniques.
  • Efficiently managing changes in project scope, new features, timeline and costs.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Effective and pro-active communication with all the stake holders, customer, partners, development, QA and management.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal team members, partners.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed. Share Daily/ weekly/ monthly report to management and stake holders.
  • Effectively and efficiently organizing, documenting and managing and delivering all backlog of bugs, customer change requests, feature development and product/ project roadmap.
  • Collecting and documenting feedback from customers/ stake holders/end users post delivery/release.
  • Finding and suggesting workarounds for customer issues.
  • Zero critical defects leakage to delivery / production release.
  • Conduct technical, functional or process related sessions and/or Induction training sessions to train the juniors or newly joined team members
    Requirements
    • Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers.
    • Proven working experience as a project manager in the software development field.
    • Solid technical background, with hands-on experience in software development lifecycle.
    • Hands-on practical experience in Agile Software Development Processes, SCRUM methodologies.
    • Excellent client-facing and internal written and verbal communication skills.
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
    • Ability to efficiently managing and prioritizing work.
    • Ability to work independently with no supervision.
    • Strong technology orientation and tools for effective project management.
    • PMP / SCRUM certification is a plus.
