Process - Kotak securities (Stock Market voice process / chat process/ email process)
Designation-Customer Support Associate (CSA).
Role: Resolve customer queries and complaints over Chat, Email, Voice.
Shift Timing
Male/Females Day Shift 8 am to 8 PM (Any 10hrs)
5 Days Working
2 Rotational Weeks Off
Location is Chandivali Andheri East.

Eligibility - Graduate + Min 6 months of experience of customer service (BPO/BFSI) is mandatory
