HIRING FOR TELECOM VOICE PROCESS

Qualification : grad/ug

Experience : Minimum 6+ months of experience

Loc-Hinjewadi phase 3

Cab- Both way cab service

Salary - 3.5 lpa - 5 lpa

Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Address customer queries and provide accurate information
Resolve customer complaints and issues
Maintain customer records by updating information in the database
Provide product and service information to customers

Preferred candidate profile :

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a call center or customer service role
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to handle high call volumes
Strong problem-solving skills
