Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve basic queries.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.
  • Follow call guidelines and company procedures.
  • Ensure good customer experience with polite and clear communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams if required for customer queries.
  • Complete daily call and data entry tasks.

  • Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Basic computer knowledge (typing, data entry, operating simple tools).
  • Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable working in an office-based voice process.
  • Should be polite, patient, and customer-friendly.
  • Ability to handle calls confidently (no sales involved).
  • Should be regular, punctual, and responsible.
