Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
- Provide accurate information and resolve basic queries.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Follow call guidelines and company procedures.
- Ensure good customer experience with polite and clear communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams if required for customer queries.
- Complete daily call and data entry tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge (typing, data entry, operating simple tools).
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in an office-based voice process.
- Should be polite, patient, and customer-friendly.
- Ability to handle calls confidently (no sales involved).
- Should be regular, punctual, and responsible.
