Role : HR Executive

Experience : 1 year to 2 years

Work Mode : Only Work from Office/ No Hybrid Mode

Interview Mode : Only F2F / No virtual interviews

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or 15 days max

Work Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain induction and onboarding documents (presentations, handbooks, FAQs, checklists, guides, etc.).
• Work with BH, recruiters, and department leads to gather accurate, up-to-date content.
• Create visually engaging and easy-to-understand documentation tailored for new employees.
• Maintain a consistent tone, formatting, and branding across all documentation.
• Ensure timely updates to documents based on process changes or feedback.
• Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to align documentation with broader onboarding programs.
• Manage document repositories and ensure proper version control.
• Support the automation or digitization of the onboarding content where applicable (e.g., LMS, intranet, or onboarding portals).
