Mandatory 2 years customer support experience with good English proficiency.
Should be flexible to work in Europe and US time zone as well.
Mandatory CCNA certification, preferably CCNP.
Proficiency in Linux, VMware, and Networking concepts.
Hands on experience in AWS and Azure.
