Location: Mumbai (Malad)

Job Type: Contractual Role

Tech Mahindra is looking to hire enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Inhouse Recruitment Team for Bulk Hiring process. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are eager to kickstart their career in HR and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and screening candidates profiles
• Sourcing on various job portals
• Interview Coordination and schedule interviews
• Manage high-volume recruitment activities
• Work towards daily/weekly hiring targets
• Handle pressure in a fast-paced hiring environment

Requirements:

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply too.
• BPO hiring/Bulk Hiring experience is preferred
• Consultancy experience in BPO hiring for international process,
• Should have experience sourcing on various job portals
• Strong interpersonal and organisational abilities
• Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure

Working Days : Mon to Sat

Nature of Job : 6 months contract (Extendable- depending on performance)
