Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to efficiently input, update, and maintain accurate company data. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills in Hindi and English, attention to detail, and the ability to work with databases and spreadsheets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and other systems with high accuracy.
- Verify and review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical records.
- Retrieve and compile data for reports as needed.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a data entry operator, clerk, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum [specify WPM] words per minute).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or database management systems.
- Basic knowledge of data privacy and security policies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
