Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to efficiently input, update, and maintain data in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing speed, accuracy, and a keen eye for detail to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter, verify, and update data in company databases and systems accurately and efficiently.
Review and correct errors in data entries to maintain high-quality standards.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documents for easy access and retrieval.
Ensure data security and confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
Retrieve data from various sources and compile reports as needed.
Perform routine data backups to safeguard important records.
Communicate with team members or clients to resolve discrepancies or obtain missing information.
Adhere to company policies and data management best practices.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or office management are a plus.
