Deputy Manager Construction Interior @ CAI

Job Description

As Deputy Manager -Construction- Interior at our site in Goa (Morjim) area, your responsibilities will include: - Planning, implementing, and updating site logistics plan. - Technical supervision of ongoing finishing work at the site. - Providing scheduling inputs for the master program. - Coordinating with project architects and engineers. - Supervising contractors" work progress on site and ensuring adequacy of resources and equipment. - Ensuring contractors" work quality and compliance with design documents & codes. - Tracking monthly progress of schedule and preparing next month's forecast schedule. - Conducting delay analysis & taking appropriate corrective action. - Implementing quality control procedures on site. - Ensuring HSE procedures on site and promoting accident-free working. - Ensuring proper documentation at the site. Qualifications required: - B.E. in Civil Engineering - Experience on projects with a high standard of finishes - Good ability to read & review drawings - Proficient with MS Word and Excel - Good interpersonal and communication skills If you are interested in this role, please apply or share your updated CV at hidden_email.,
