About the Role

We are hiring a Relationship Manager, Banca Channel for a leading Life Insurance company.
In this role, you will work closely with bank staff to drive sales of Life Insurance products through branch banking channels and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers

• Drive sales of life insurance products through assigned bank branches

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets

• Ensure seamless policy onboarding and issuance

• Provide excellent post-sale customer service & support

---

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in BFSI sales/bancassurance

• Comfortable working from designated bank branches

• Strong relationship-building & communication skills

• Target-driven and self-motivated professional

• Knowledge of insurance products will be an added advantage

• Graduation is mandatory
