Job Description

Role & responsibilities:-

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Provide recruitment consulting services to clients on end-to-end recruitment processes.
Source top talent through headhunting, bulk hiring, vendor management, and non-IT recruitment to meet client requirements.

Desirable-

Work Location: Noida
BPO hiring is mandatory.
Experience required: 2-5 yrs in BPO recruitment.
5 Days working (Candidates should be flexible for extra day)
Graduation is mandatory.
