**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for vacant properties, engaging prospective tenant leads.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits to showcase properties to potential tenants.
- Facilitate negotiations between property owners and prospective tenants to close deals efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily activities and transactions in line with company standards.
- Expand and nurture the offline broker network to facilitate faster deal closures and strengthen relationships.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
**Desired Skills and Qualities:**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills. - Sales and negotiation abilities with a confident and energetic demeanor. - Enthusiasm, aggression, and confidence to meet sales targets.
**Educational Qualification:**
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate from any discipline.
