About the Role
We are a growing HubSpot-focused digital agency looking for a Service Delivery Associate (SDA) who can serve as the bridge between clients, internal teams, and project timelines. The ideal candidate is not seeking to pivot into development or marketing, but is driven to grow within client servicing, operations, and delivery management.
Here's a well-rounded list of key technical exposure required for a Project Coordinator in a company handling Salesforce, custom web applications (MERN/MEAN/Python), databases, BI tools, and various integration/testing frameworks:
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients on project-related matters
- Track, monitor, and report on project delivery timelines and bottlenecks
- Coordinate task assignments, track developer/designer workloads, and maintain delivery schedules
- Document and maintain client communication logs, meeting notes, and delivery trackers
- Ensure clear scope alignment and expectation management with both clients and internal teams
- Use tools like Zoho Projects, Google Workspace to manage delivery pipelines
- Support quality assurance by reviewing deliverables before client handoff
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support, project coordination, or delivery roles
- Strong spoken and written English communication
- Proficiency with task management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar)
- Problem-solving mindset, not just task tracking
