Job Description
OPPORTUNITY TO BUILD CARRIER IN Human Resources (HR). Position : Sr. Executive (Recruitment's) Industry : IT (Software) / ITES / BPO / Healthcare Shift Timings : 10am to 7pm (6 Days / Week) Stiffened Amount - Rs.10000/- to Rs.15000/- (Per Month - Take Home + Incentives) Eligibility: Qualification : Under-Graduate / Any Graduate, Any Post Graduates. NOTE: Applicants Must be flexible to Work from Office (WFO) Experience : Any Graduate / Undergraduate / PG Fresher's * Computer proficiency: Operating knowledge of MS office Job Responsibilities: * Sourcing and Screening the relevant resumes, scheduling interviews * Handling end to end recruitment cycle for various programs. * Recruitment activities on end to end IT and non-IT recruitments. * Recruiting candidates for Lateral or Entry Level position in BPO or IT (Software) Industry. * Analyzing the requirements, coordinating with candidates till they join. * Active member of job fair team and participating in every weekend job fair, maintaining selects and joiners data. Skill sets: * Language skills: Fluency in English language with accent is must. Communication skills: * Clear accent, pleasant voice, telephone etiquette and good listening skills Attitude: * Customer orientation, service orientation, empathy and willingness to learn and conscientiousness, team player Mental agility: * Ability to grasp, relate and quick response. Stress management: * Willingness to change and perform under pressure.
