Job Description
We are hiring for Process Trainer role for Innovatiview India Ltd for Noida sector 127 location.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Process Trainer who can design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that improve process knowledge and performance. The ideal candidate should be adept in Training Need Analysis (TNA) and Training Need Identification (TNI), have excellent stakeholder management skills, and be capable of conducting both one-on-one and group discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Need Analysis (TNA) / Training Need Identification (TNI):
- Conduct TNA/TNI to identify performance gaps and training requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize training needs and develop customized training plans.
- Training Delivery:
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
- Facilitate one-on-one coaching sessions as well as group discussions to address specific learning needs.
- Use real-life scenarios, role-plays, and case studies to make sessions effective.
- Training Material Development:
- Create high-quality, visually appealing PowerPoint presentations (PPTs), manuals, and e-learning content.
- Regularly update training material to reflect process changes and best practices.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with department heads, managers, and team leaders to align training programs with business needs.
- Provide timely feedback and progress reports to stakeholders on training effectiveness.
- Training Evaluation & Feedback:
- Measure training outcomes through assessments, feedback forms, and on-the-job performance tracking.
- Implement continuous improvement in training methodologies based on feedback and evaluation results.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of TNA/TNI methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to engage participants through interactive and innovative training techniques.
- Proficient in creating professional PPTs and other training aids.
- Comfortable with one-on-one discussions and group facilitation.
- Strong organizational and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and e-learning tools is an advantage.
Educational Qualification:
- B.Tech, BCA(must)
