JOB DESCRIPTION - REGIONAL TRAINER
MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
Ensuring the quality and process standards for the Cinema(s) and applicable functions by providing
continuous Soft Skills and Operational Process Training to employees.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Planing and executing Training Calendar and share with Training Lead and Regional Manager on the basis of
1.-
Training need and operational priorities.
Running On Job Evaluations, Refresher Trainings, Certifications and tracking the same to meet the desired level of

certification and ratings.
3.-
Manage Training Programs and their proper implementation in Cinemas and for applicable functions.
Visiting Cinemas as per the Training Process and Plan requirement with minimum 2 visits being executed for all

assigned Cinemas/locations.
Reporting on monthly basis( Certifications/On Job and Monthly report) on every last day of the month to Training

Speacilist and Regional Manager.
Responsible for execution of Growth Plan of the employees and teams to ensure meeting of the budgeted
manpower by planning and develoing to anticipated needs of Cinemas based on attrition and new cinema

openings.
Conducting Preopening Training for new cinemas by preparing Training Plan/Calendar as per defined guidelines to

meet the set goals of certifications and standards.
Creates a highly effective training team (Asst. Managers - Training) in region that conducts training(s) as per

requriement using suited mode of training (Theory, Classroom, Practical etc.)
Responsible for ensuring adherence and achievement for the goals set for training measurement and evaluation

scores/audits.
