Job Description.
Should lead and successfully complete Backup / DR Solutions.
Assess and Trouble Shoot Issues, and get involved with Post implementation phases.
Would be involved in Pre-Sales Demonstration & Query Handling.
Consulting , Designing & Deploying Backup / DR Solutions.
Must manage Documentation & Presenting backup / DR Solutions.
Trouble Shooting Issues related to Backup / DR.
Leading a team of Engineers where project is large.
Required Skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex sales cycles, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for leading the team.
