Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior GMC/Quadient Developer with 6+ years of experience in variable data programming and expertise in direct mail processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US Postal regulations, USPS processing, and postal software solutions, ensuring efficient and compliant mail production workflows.
Major Areas of Performance :
Develop, modify, and optimize GMC Inspire/Quadient applications for high-volume variable data print and direct mail campaigns.
Implement postal processing solutions, including BCC Suite, Redpoint, Satori, Post-Presort, Dat-Mail, Address Standardization, Merge/Purge, and Change of Address (COA) services.
Ensure compliance with USPS regulations and improve mailing efficiency through presort, address validation, and postal optimization techniques.
Work closely with data processing teams to manage variable data layouts, mail merge, and document composition.
Develop and maintain automated workflows to streamline print and mail production.
Troubleshoot and resolve data integrity, postal compliance, and print production issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance document automation and mailing solutions.
Stay updated with USPS changes and mailing industry best practices.
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
6+ years of experience in GMC Inspire/Quadient development with expertise in variable data programming.
Hands-on experience with USPS processing tools such as BCC Suite, Redpoint, Satori, PostPresort, Dat-Mail, Address Standardization, Merge/Purge, and COA.
Skills:
Strong understanding of direct mail processing and postal regulations.
Expertise in data manipulation, postal sorting, address validation, and print production workflows.
Familiarity with high-volume print environments, composition engines, and automation tools.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in variable data document production.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
