Job Description
Your future duties and responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Quadient Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customer communication solutions using the Quadient platform. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that enhance our customer communication management capabilities..
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement customer communication solutions using Quadient Designer and Scaler
- Create and maintain document templates, workflows, and data mappings within the Quadient environment
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of Quadient applications to ensure optimal performance
- Manage version control and configuration management using GIT
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
- Provide technical documentation for developed solutions and maintain code quality standards
- Support production deployments and provide post-implementation support
- Work closely with international teams across different time zones to ensure seamless project delivery
- Continuously improve existing solutions and identify opportunities for optimization
Must-Have Skills:
- Mandatory: Proven hands-on experience with Quadient platform (Designer and Scaler modules)
- Mandatory: Expert-level proficiency in GIT version control and configuration management
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) with practical application experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with geographically distributed, multicultural teams
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Working knowledge of Java development
- Experience with JIRA for agile project management and issue tracking
- Familiarity with Splunk for log analysis, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of customer communication management (CCM) best practices
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services integration
- Understanding of SQL and database concepts
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Education Qualification: Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
