Job Description

We are hiring for Government Sales professional for our organization based out at Noida Sector - 127. Interested candidates can apply in case of having good exposure into Govt sector.

Role Purpose

To lead and scale Altrviews government / B2G sales efforts across India securing large-scale government projects for our high-tech experiential solutions, building strategic relationships, managing tendering / procurement processes, and delivering excellence both commercially and operationally.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Government Sales & Business Development

    • Define and execute a government-sales strategy targeting central & state ministries, PSUs, tourism boards, museums, educational institutions, interpretation parks, etc.
    • Identify new opportunities and convert leads into revenue-generating projects (e.g., theme parks, digital/scientific galleries, immersive exhibits).
    • Lead participation in tenders/RFPs, proposal creation, pricing, contract negotiation, and closure.

Government Relations & External Engagement

    • Build and sustain strong relationships with senior government officials, bureaucrats, policy makers relevant to sectors of interest (education, culture, tourism, heritage).
    • Monitor policies, funding cycles, grant schemes, PPP frameworks, and government priorities to align Altrviews offerings.
    • Represent the company at relevant government forums, trade shows, conferences, exhibitions.

Client & Project Oversight

    • Act as the main touchpoint for government clients from lead stage through project delivery.
    • Coordinate with internal teams design, technical, production, operations to ensure deliverables match client expectations and contractual commitments.
    • Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining quality, timeline, budget and regulatory compliance.

Travel & On-Ground Presence

    • Travel across states & regions to meet clients, evaluate site constraints, deliver presentations, manage stakeholder relations.
    • Maintain visible regional presence to ensure awareness of Altrviews brand, capabilities and previous work in public sector / government circles.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong government lobbying and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with high accountability.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and mentoring capabilities.
  • High adaptability to extensive travel requirements.
