**HIRING FOR DOMESTIC BANKING PROCESS **

** FRESHERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY **

Customer Service Associate.

Inbound Voice Process (No Sales & No target).

Freshers and experienced both can apply.

Role & responsibilities: :

Assisting the customers by providing resolution to their problems and fulfilling the queries over the call.

Rotational shift of 9 hours and 1 rotational week-off.

Salary 13k - 15k CTC. (Additional 2k language allowance for Odia)

Languages required: Hindi, Bengali, English, Bhojpuri, Maithili, Odia (fluency in any two).

Perks and benefits:

Language allowance for Odia candidates.

PF & ESIC will be provided.

Paid overtime and split shift.

Opportunity for promotion in 9 months.

No night shift for female employees.
