Role & responsibilities

  • Scheduling & Calendar Management: Managing complex calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings.
  • Communication & Correspondence: Handling incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and general correspondence.
  • Travel Coordination: Arranging travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Administrative Tasks: Preparing reports, presentations, documents, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Errand Running: Performing personal and household errands, such as shopping and managing bills.
  • Event Coordination: Organizing and preparing for meetings, events, and other engagements.
  • Liaison & Gatekeeping: Acting as a point of contact, screening visitors, and managing access to the individual they support.
