Job Title: Real Estate Manager Wills & Trusts Drafting

Location: Lower Parel

Experience: 3-5 years

CTC: 5 to 8 Lakhs per annum

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Legal Associate with specialized experience in drafting Wills and Trusts to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in estate planning and a strong understanding of related legal frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review Wills, Trusts, and other estate planning documents.
• Provide legal advice and support related to estate planning and succession matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure clarity and compliance in documentation.
• Keep abreast of the latest legal developments in the area of estate planning.
  

Candidate Profile:

• Law graduate preferably from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutions.
• 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in law firms or estate planning/competitor firms.
• Proven expertise in drafting Wills and Trusts.
• Strong communication and drafting skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical abilities.
