Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media to drive sales growth.
Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely issue resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, or lead generation.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently over time.
Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction via phone calls, emails, or face-to-face meetings.
Strong problem-solving skills for resolving complex technical issues promptly and professionally.
