Job Description
- Role Overview: As the Vice President at Citco, a global leader in fund services, corporate governance, and related asset services with a presence in 80 offices worldwide and over $1 trillion in assets under administration, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various financial and operational aspects within the Private Equity team. Your responsibilities will include maintaining books and records, calculating fund Net Asset Values, coordinating financial statements and reports, reviewing performance metrics, overseeing carried interest/performance/incentive fees calculations, managing capital calls, distributions, and allocations, supervising junior staff, and acting as the primary contact with clients and fund participants. You will work closely with the Investor Relations team to address investor queries, maintain relationships with investors, investment advisors, banks, auditors, and other fund participants, assist auditors and advisers, participate in client presentations, monitor compliance with agreements, and engage in various projects to support business growth. Additionally, you will report to the Senior Vice President and be involved in any other functions necessary for the Company's operations.
