Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Handle inbound voice process calls with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling products/services to increase revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience in BPO industry (customer support) preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English language (spoken & written).
- Proficiency in Marathi/Gujarati languages is an added advantage.
- Strong convincing power to handle difficult situations professionally.
Salary : up to 30k CTC ,Depends on communication skills.
