Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Prepare and serve healthy, hygienic, and tasty meals.
- Plan weekly menus based on seasonal.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Monitor food inventory and coordinate with the Admin Department for procurement.
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials and cooked food.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations strictly.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Native of Uttarakhand (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in professional cooking or kitchen management.
- Basic knowledge of nutrition, hygiene standards, and food presentation.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
- Discipline, reliability, and good interpersonal behavior.
