Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior HR Recruiter with a strong background in Domestic BPO recruitment to join our HR team at Cyfuture. This role is critical in driving our volume hiring initiatives for voice, non-voice, and backend support roles in our domestic BPO operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic BPO positions including voice, non-voice, chat support, and backend roles.
- Understand job requirements and collaborate with delivery leads/hiring managers to close open positions within agreed timelines.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job portals (Naukri, Shine, etc.), internal database, employee referrals, social media platforms, and walk-in drives.
- Screen and shortlist candidates through telephonic interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Schedule interviews and ensure timely feedback and closure.
- Maintain and track hiring pipelines and submit daily/weekly hiring reports to the TA Manager.
- Conduct initial HR discussions including salary negotiation and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
- Organize and manage bulk hiring drives and walk-ins in coordination with local teams.
- Ensure high-quality candidate experience and adherence to internal recruitment processes.
- Keep up-to-date with trends in domestic BPO recruitment and competitor activity in the region.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduation in any stream; MBA in HR is preferred.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in domestic BPO recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or volume hiring setup.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and screening techniques for BPO roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle bulk hiring, multiple open positions, and pressure-driven environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and familiarity with ATS tools.
- Should be proactive, target-oriented, and flexible to work extended hours when required.
