Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven HR Recruiter with prior experience in BPO hiring. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in bulk hiring, mass hiring, and international hiring processes, and capable of managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO (Voice & Non-Voice) roles.

Manage bulk hiring / mass hiring drives for domestic & international processes.

Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule walk-in/virtual interviews.

Build strong pipelines for future hiring needs.

Coordinate with operations and business teams to ensure timely closures.

Maintain candidate database and generate hiring reports.

Manage onboarding formalities and ensure a smooth joining experience.

Required Skills

Proven experience in BPO hiring (domestic & international).

Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

Hands-on experience in bulk / walk-in drives.

Ability to work under pressure & meet hiring deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office & recruitment portals.
