Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of insurance platforms**, including digital product transformation, policy administration, claims processing, and customer engagement.
• Develop and maintain architecture blueprints**, ensuring solutions align with business strategy, technology vision, and enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business, and technical teams**, acting as a bridge between business goals and IT delivery.
• Assess, identify, and mitigate technological and solution risks**, championing best practices for scalability, security, and compliance.
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory and security requirements**, including FCA, PRA standards, GDPR, and internal controls.
• Produce and communicate technical and solution architecture artefacts**, supporting decision-making across project, governance, and assurance teams.
• Support change management and delivery**, guide project teams on integration and deployment strategies, and review vendor solutions.
• Champion innovation** by identifying emerging technologies and continuous improvement opportunities
