Job Description
We are hiring for BID MANAGER in Web Development, Digital Media Marketing and IT Manpower Segment

Education: Must have Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years experience in Bid, tender, RFP in Web Development, Digital Media Marketing and IT Manpower
Key Accountabilities
- Manage the end-to-end bid process.
- Responding to reactive and proactive bids / opportunities
- Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer
- Responsible for proposal preparation, ensuring quality, compiling bids & submitting in a timely manner.
- Track Tenders/RFPs for new bids / design competitions.
- Manage bidding process, form Consortiums with partner firms, prepare bid documents,
follow-up with client/partners till bid submission. - Prepare Pre-Bid Meeting Questionnaire and validate with the pre-bid minutes
- Compilation of the Technical and Financial Bid
- Process Tender Fee, EMD, and follow up till end
- For successful bids, manage work delivery between partners and internal team.
- Scan selected target markets for opportunities and identify partners for
strategic tie-ups. - Play support role for the marketing and sales team to gather intelligence on recent and
upcoming bids and tenders.
Requirements
- Must have 2+ years exp in Bid, tender, RFP in Web Development, Digital Media Marketing and IT Manpower
- Prior experience in GeM and other government bid portals
- Good knowledge of RFPs is required
- Strong relationships with OEMs is preferred
