Job Description

Responsible for delivering accurate and impactful communication to current and potential customers regarding products and their usage across different stages of surgical procedures.

Accountable for fostering long-term, positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and build trust and loyalty towards the company as a preferred partner.

In charge of gathering on-ground market and customer data as required.

Tasked with understanding customer requirements and successfully closing sales calls to meet assigned territory goals.

Capable of supporting market development initiatives under the direction of the companys account manager.

Responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient distribution operations.

Minimum educational requirement: Bachelors Degree (B.Tech/B.E. Any stream, B.Sc Any stream, B.Pharma Any stream) is preferred.

23 years of post-graduation experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the healthcare or surgical devices sector.

Self-driven and motivated

Strong verbal and written communication

Solid foundation in sales techniques

Effective customer relationship management abilities

Basic proficiency with internet and digital tools

Comfortable working in an Operating Theatre environment

Prior exposure to the healthcare sector

Eagerness to gain clinical knowledge related to the company's products and their application in surgical settings
