* Conduct cold calling and customer visits to understand and address client requirements.
* Follow up on pending payments related to both sales and service.
* Achieve sales and service targets in terms of revenue and client visits.
* Manage and drive sales within the assigned region.
* Build and maintain a comprehensive database of pharma companies in the territory.
* Educate prospective clients on our equipment offerings through presentations, highlighting key features, benefits, and advantages over competitors.
* Handle negotiation, finalization, and closure of deals, including confirmation of terms and conditions.
* Ensure follow-ups for purchase orders and advance payments.
* Post-PO activities: coordinate drawing confirmation, work order preparation, and Proforma Invoice generation.
* Check site readiness and coordinate with the service team.
* Collect and manage customer feedback forms.
* Represent the company at business promotion events like seminars and exhibitions.
* Liaise with HO and production teams for dispatch updates and share the same with customers.
* Willing to travel extensively within the North region as per requirement
