Company : Leading Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company (API)
Role : Executive Operations (Production)
Experience : 1 to 5 Years
Education : B.Sc(Chemistry), DCE.
Location : Corlim, North Goa
No of Vacancy : 02
Package : Upto 6LPA
Industry : Must be Pharmaceutical Background Preferable
Role purpose
To execute the batches in the plant as per the approved procedures defined in Manufacturing Procedure, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and in adherence to HSEQEN and other company policies and procedures with the objective of meeting production schedules in a safe and efficient manner
Accountabilities:
- For operating the plant as per the HSEQEN management system
- For any scenarios that can place oneself as well as others to injuries /illness and Environment pollution
- Maintain HSEQ & En standards while operating the plant.
- Execute all operations as per Manufacturing procedures/SOPs/WIs etc.
Responsibilities:
- Check the raw material to be used for batch and ensure that physical conditions, batch number, labels and quantities are as required.
- Execute good housekeeping in the plant.
- Update log sheets/checklists.
- Raise any incidents/deviations to Shift leader.
- Coordinate maintenance activities as per permit and HSE standards
- Coordinate operational activities within and across other functions in shifts.
- Take charge and handover charge from previous and to succeeding shift in an orderly manner.
- Ensure completeness of all documents/records including abnormal occurrences.
Qualification :
1)B.Sc Chemistry/ Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
2) Knowledge of DCS operations
3)Experience as a trainee in AI production within company/ any automated chemical plant
