 Assistant Product Manager

Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic professional to drive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, channel partner management, sales enablement, and process optimization within IndiaMARTs New Sales Division (NSD). The role demands strategic planning, execution, and collaboration with sales, product, and operations teams to enhance partner performance and sales growth.


Channel Partner Management & Expansion


  • Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners to scale sales outreach.
  • Build long-term, high-engagement partner relationships.
  • Oversee partner hiring, resource planning, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance through periodic audits and policy adherence.
  • Manage contracts, incentives, and timely payouts.

Sales Strategy & Performance Management


  • Design and implement monthly sales improvement plans.
  • Lead reviews, set growth targets, and address performance gaps.
  • Analyze processes and drive efficiencies with market and competitor insights.
  • Guide partners with real-time intelligence for strategic execution.

GTM Execution & Sales Enablement


  • Roll out GTM strategies for new and existing offerings.
  • Create sales playbooks, training content, and positioning tools.
  • Boost conversion and closure rates through active sales support.
  • Align with Product, Tech, and Ops to enhance sales processes.

Key Skills:


  • Proven experience in channel partner management, sales strategy, and GTM execution.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketplaces, sales enablement, and performance tracking.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in market intelligence and competition analysis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, tech, and operations teams.
