Capco is seeking Product Managers to help our banking and financial services clients create products that customers love and that drive commercial success.
Our mission is to support our clients in improving the financial world for individuals, businesses, and society as a whole.
As a Product Manager, your role within our delivery teams at client sites will be to ensure that the product delivers value to its users.
You will work alongside multidisciplinary product teams, including designers and engineers/developers, to identify and solve key customer problems and to design solutions that are both user-friendly and technically feasible.
You will be involved throughout the entire product lifecycle - from customer and market research to launch and optimization - delivering measurable value to end users in a fast-paced environment.
You will provide the team with structured insights into end users by combining market studies, primary qualitative research (by talking to users!), quantitative research, and observed data on how users interact with the product.
To ensure product viability, you must bring a strong understanding of the constraints within which financial institutions operate - including regulation, risk and control, privacy, and business case analysis.
You will focus on achieving business and customer outcomes rather than simply delivering outputs. We are looking for Product Managers who can think creatively and explore different ways of achieving results.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS
With a degree from a top-tier business or engineering school, you have at least 5 years of experience in product management, gained within a tech company, an agency, and/or a consulting firm.
You have a proven track record in discovering and building end-to-end products, preferably for mobile and web applications.
You possess well-informed opinions on product methodologies (eg, Jobs-to-be-Done, Customer Personas, prioritization frameworks, KANO, Lean Startup, etc) and agile delivery methods.
As digital products are inherently technological, you have a strong interest in technology (without necessarily being a technical expert or having a technical background).
You have a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and constructively with engineers/developers, designers, and business leaders, to inspire and work efficiently with team members and stakeholders alike.
You are skilled at tackling complex problems and presenting logical, data-driven, and structured recommendations.
You are well-versed in the banking and financial services sector, including competitive landscape, regulations, and market trends.
Fluency in English is required.
