IndiaMART is Indias largest online B2B marketplace, connecting millions of buyers and suppliers. We are seeking a high-performing Performance Marketing Manager to drive user growth, optimize paid campaigns, and scale our digital acquisition efforts.

Job Overview

The Performance Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid marketing campaigns across digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with major ad platforms, and a proven track record in driving high-quality user acquisition and engagement at scale1.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve business growth and user acquisition targets.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Drive inquiry generation from customers through targeted campaigns and landing page optimization.
  • Manage and optimize PPC and SEM campaigns for maximum ROI and high conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, generate actionable insights, and report on key metrics (CPA, CTR, conversion rates, etc.).
  • Scale campaigns efficiently while maintaining quality acquisition and engagement.
  • Implement automation and programmatic buying strategies where applicable.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and spend optimization.
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuous campaign optimization for better performance.
  • Ensure all campaigns align with IndiaMARTs brand guidelines and business objectives

Qualifications-

80% or above in 10th and 12th

B.tech and MBA graduate

60% or above in Grad and PG
