About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager/Sr Manager Freight Forwarding who will be responsible for onboarding new customers, managing inbound/outbound air & ocean cargo business, and strengthening trade lanes. This role demands expertise in air and seafreight trade, client relationship management, and sector-specific freight forwarding solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential trade lanes and onboard new customers.
  
• Lead, support, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
  
• Develop and manage PAN India sales stations and business growth.
  
• Handle route management and strengthen global agent relationships.
  
• Achieve sales targets and build long-term customer relationships.
  
• Participate in customer logistics planning, negotiation, and execution.
  
• Ensure SOP compliance, cost optimization, and sustainability initiatives.
  
• Explore new business opportunities and channels.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in freight forwarding (air & ocean cargo).
  
• Strong network and local market knowledge.
  
• Commercial acumen in solution design, product portfolio & strategy.
  
• Experience in RFQ/Tender management.
  
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  
• Ability to identify customer pain points and deliver solutions.
