About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Tech Hiring Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in recruiting for technology roles within start-ups, product organisations, or IT companies. You will be responsible for managing recruitment across all levels of tech hiring from entry-level engineers to niche and senior technical roles while ensuring a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage/ support the end-to-end recruitment process for junior, mid, and senior-level technical roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver on hiring needs.
  • Source talent through direct sourcing, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen, assess, and present candidates with relevant technical expertise and cultural alignment.
  • Drive a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for future tech hiring needs.
  • Track recruitment data and provide reports for business decisions.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 0.6 1.5 years of hands-on experience in tech hiring within start-ups, product organisations, or IT companies.
  • Proven ability to source and recruit for a variety of technology roles across levels.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/ Google tools.
