Job Title: HR Intern (Talent Acquisition & Business Partner)
Duration: 3 months (extendable up to 6 months based on performance)
Location: Dwarka, Sector 19

Job Summary:
We're seeking an extroverted and motivated HR Intern to assist our People and Talent Partner in talent acquisition and business partner tasks. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, or other talent acquisition initiatives
2. Business Partner Tasks:
- Support the People and Talent Partner in various HR initiatives and projects
- Provide administrative assistance with HR-related tasks and projects
- Develop relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders
3. Additional Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to talent acquisition
- Assist in implementing HR processes and systems
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or a related field
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Extroverted personality with a passion for working with people
4. Basic understanding of job portals and HRMS (an added advantage)
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
6. Willingness to work 6 days a week
