We are looking for a dynamic HR professional with strong expertise in bulk/volume hiring to manage large-scale recruitment needs within strict timelines. The role requires hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding a high volume of candidates across multiple levels and functions candidate need to do END TO END Recruitment .

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for bulk/volume hiring requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other innovative methods.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic & F2F interviews, and shortlist suitable profiles.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth candidate experience.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements.
Handle walk-in drives, campus hiring, job fairs, and mass recruitment campaigns.
Maintain daily/weekly reports on hiring status, pipeline, and closures.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand manpower needs and deliver within deadlines.
Ensure compliance with company policies during hiring and onboarding.
Support in offer roll outs, documentation, and joining formalities.
Preferred candidate profile
Need 1 years of END to END recruitment experience
Candidate should be good in Communication
Candidate have hands on experience on portals
6 days working 1 off
Freshers also can apply for Internship for 3 months
Graduate & Undergraduate both can apply
