Job Description
- Partner with senior leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Provide expert guidance and consultation to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead and execute initiatives such as talent management, performance management, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Collaborate with HR Operations teams (e.g., talent acquisition, compensation & benefits) to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and programs to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Lead and facilitate training sessions on diversity and inclusion, employee relations, leadership development, and other HR topics.
- Conduct investigations and resolve complex employee relations issues in a timely and fair
- Stay current with HR trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and proactively address emerging issues.
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related
- Masters degree in HR
- 8 10 years of progressive HR experience, 2-3 years preferably in vehicle finance or NBFC sector.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced
