- Should have experience in Global support. - Experience in monitoring tools like Solarwinds, Manage Engine, Cisco Prime, NAGIOS - Experience in Monitoring and working experience on Cisco R & S, Cisco/ HP Aruba/ Ruckus Wireless, WAN Links, - Monitoring ISP Links, Bandwidth Utilization of LAN/WAN Links - Provide the bandwidth/Availability trend reports to customer - Monitoring Alerts/notifications configured in monitoring tools - Monitoring Availability, Untilization of Network gear - L1 tasks like VLAN Creation, Port mapping, User Mapping & connectivity, DHCP, Wireless Connectivity issues etc.. - ISP & Third-party coordination for troubleshooting issues - Preparing availability, utilization reports - Adhere and follow ITIL process (incident, problem, and change & configuration management).
