- Work on cutting-edge technology and next-generation products across trending domains of Extended Detection and Response (XDR), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Endpoint Security (EDR)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in writing technical content for blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and product documentation, explaining complex cybersecurity concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand the technical aspects of our solutions and translate them into compelling content.
- Research emerging cybersecurity trends, threat intelligence, industry standards, and best practices to ensure our content is up-to-date and relevant.
- Help draft technical articles, solution briefs, and guides that educate and engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and internal documentation.
- Edit and proofread technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Assist in preparing content for webinars, presentations, and social media channels.
- Monitor performance metrics of published content and assist in optimizing it for better reach and engagement.
- Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity developments, industry news, and emerging technologies to bring fresh perspectives to our content.
Qualifications:
- Current student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in cybersecurity, with a basic understanding of key concepts such as network security, endpoint protection, encryption, and threat detection.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content that is technically accurate and easy to understand.
- Familiarity with technical writing tools, content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and basic HTML is a plus.
- Knowledge of or interest in various cybersecurity tools, platforms, and frameworks (e.g., SIEM, endpoint security, cloud security, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong research skills and the ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for high-quality, well-researched content.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
