Job Description

Were looking for a startup enthusiast to take full ownership of the post-sales process RC transfers, challan clearance, PT paperwork, ensuring vendor onboarding & coordination & working towards the company goals. If you enjoy solving messy backend ops and making things move faster and cleaner, this role is for you.

What Youll Drive

Challan Settlement Costs: Set up a proactive process for detection, clearance, and settlement with cost control in mind. Drive key initiatives to reduce the cost of challan settlements.
RC Transfer Clean-up: Identify what's slowing us down and fix the gaps whether it's agent coordination, doc issues, or SOP misses.
PT Documentation Flow: Bring structure to how PT receipts and transfers are tracked and executed.
RTO, Vendor & Agent Management: Own performance, hold vendors accountable, and replace & onboard new if needed. Build direct liaison into RTO and traffic courts.
Escalation Handling: Solve seller issues without delay, and fix the root cause so it doesnt repeat.

Youre Right for This If You

Have 46 years of experience in backend ops preferably in auto, logistics, or NBFCs.
Are good at fixing broken processes and pushing things to closure.
Know how to manage field vendors and coordinate across internal teams.
Are based in or near Dwarka and comfortable with on-ground work.
