Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and acquire new CASA customers through field sales, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Conduct customer onboarding, ensure complete KYC and documentation.
  • Cross-sell banking products (FD, RD, Debit/Credit Cards, Insurance, etc.).
  • Achieve assigned CASA acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for future business opportunities.
  • Adhere to compliance, process, and service quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 6 months - 3 Years of sales experience (BFSI/field sales preferred).
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driving license and two-wheeler preferred.
