 Regional Manager - Two Wheeler - South & West / Senior Regional Manager - Two Wheeler - South & West 
 Job Purpose 
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Limited. Duties and Responsibilities 
  •  Principal Accountabilities: 
  • Lead a team of 2 senior data resources, mentoring and guiding them to achieve business goals.
  • Improve month on month customer acquisition through Insta POD, thereby contributing to business revenue by increasing the offer base, optimizing current policies, and leveraging alternate data.
  • Stakeholder management by providing regular updates and publishing monthly decks to MD and other business leaders on new customer acquisition.
  • Mentor other teams on data management for Insta EMI POD acquisition to help them leverage customer data and drive transactions.
  • Manage financials related to Insta EMI POD by closely monitoring approval rates, cost of acquisition, and customer activation based on transactions done.
  • Manage Insta POD portfolio risk by recommending optimized transaction policies and liaising with Risk teams to maintain a healthy portfolio.
  •  Major Challenges: 
  • Increase the offer base to drive higher Insta EMI POD acquisition while maintaining a good TTD mix.
  • Assess early warning signals using data analysis and segmentation, taking proactive measures as needed.
  • Manage new acquisition policy and processes for Insta POD by liaising with Risk and senior management/stakeholders.
  • Ongoing liaison with IT, Operations, BIU, and other business teams to ensure all policies, processes, and data flows are working efficiently, and required changes are implemented suitably.
  • Create, baseline, and manage all Insta POD KPI metrics on a daily basis and publish regular updates to stakeholders.
  •  Decisions: 
  • Managing acquisition, processes, transactions, and risk for INSTA EMI POD.
  •  Interactions: 
  •  Internal Clients: 
  • Work with Infra and Risk teams to manage and maintain system rules and policies.
  • Follow up on open issues and business trackers with supporting teams for timely closure.
  • Collaborate with other businesses to help drive transactions on Insta POD customers.

    •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
  •  Qualifications: 
  • Preferred qualification with experience in Data Science, Analytics, and Risk Management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong presentation and data analytics capabilities.
  • Experience in team handling and hands-on experience with SQL/SAS/Python.
  • Proficient in MS Power Point and MS Excel, with the ability to handle large data sets.
  •  Work Experience: 
  • 5+ years of experience in Analytics.
  • At least 1 year of experience in team management.
  • Overall experience of 6+ years.
