Job Description

Role Overview: As an inspiring leader within the Program & Project Management community at Cognizant, you will be responsible for overseeing Program Management activities for large-scale, complex, multi-service programs delivered via offshore delivery centers. Your role will not only involve managing delivery objectives but also ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining client relationships crucial for successful program delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and execute program governance. - Lead the design and operation of a Global Capability Center. - Oversee delivery estimation and planning. - Track progress against established metrics. - Provide insights on improvements. - Drive optimal business value through effective scope management, change management, and communication ceremonies. - Collaborate with the Commercial/Account Team to identify business value opportunities for clients. - Build relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Support team growth and development. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the program management community. Qualifications Required: - Strong leadership skills. - Experience in overseeing large-scale, complex programs. - Ability to establish and execute program governance. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Knowledge of delivery estimation and planning. - Understanding of scope management and change management principles.
