Job Description
- As a Process Developer at Genpact, you will be responsible for providing analytical support to the AUS account. Your role will involve supporting and maintaining existing management information systems, understanding the database structure, extracting relevant information, processing it as needed, and deriving business insights from the data. **Responsibilities:** - Engage directly with clients through email and meetings to understand and address their requirements - Translate business needs into meaningful analytical studies - Deliver client presentations on Analytical Projects, focusing on explaining causes or future impacts - Develop customized reporting solutions or tracking mechanisms using Advanced Excel, VBA + MS Access/Macro scripts - Contribute innovative ideas and collaborate on critical initiatives with significant business implications - Analyze data extracted from the warehouse, perform quality checks, and ensure accuracy before reporting **Qualifications we seek in you:** **Minimum Qualifications:** - Graduate or Equivalent **Preferred Qualifications/Skills:** - BCA/MCA - Proficiency in MS OFFICE (PowerPoint/Excel) - Strong interpersonal skills - Hands-on experience in MIS Reporting and Problem-solving If you are someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about leveraging data to drive business decisions, we invite you to join our team as a Process Developer.
